Bloom Voice Recorder lets community members record interviews, stories, and reflections, save recordings to their device, and upload them later. Uploaded recordings appear in the My Recordings tab on the user's Bloom blog page. It is live on Google Play for Android, with iPhone and iPad support coming soon.
