Crown is the fintech infrastructure company that has established the institutional standard for the Brazilian real on-chain. Its flagship product, BRLV, is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Brazilian real, fully collateralized by federal public bonds, and structured as the world's first stablecoin to guarantee holders a legally enforceable direct right to the reserves backing the token through a bankruptcy-remote structure and an independent collateral agent. The company operates in compliance with Brazilian regulations (Law No. 14,478/2022) and is in the process of licensing with the Banco Central do Brasil as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (PSAV), currently operating under the Central Bank's temporary authorization regime.
