C–ATTS provides a composite-attestation engine that queries data from sources including the Ethereum Attestation Service, The Graph, Moralis, and open REST or GraphQL APIs. Users define recipes containing queries and JavaScript processing logic, which can be tested locally, published, stored onchain, and used to generate attestations about identity, reputation, transaction data, and other onchain information. Its smart-contract canister runs on the Internet Computer and supports attestations on Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, and Ethereum Sepolia.
