Each cask undergoes Dual Approval Verification (DAV), where the warehousekeeper confirms physical custody and CannyCask confirms the digital record before anchoring ownership on-chain via Polygon smart contracts. NFT ownership certificates are secured through BitGo enterprise custody, with metadata hosted on IPFS for tamper-evident provenance.
