Celeste enables smart contracts to ask subjective questions and resolve disputes through randomly selected human keepers. Keepers stake Honey (HNY), review evidence, and use incentive-compatible voting and appeals; Celeste is based on Aragon Court and is integrated with 1Hive governance and Gardens.
