Certificates Management is The ID Factory’s certificate-management module, designed to improve interoperability and documentary traceability among suppliers, brands, certifying bodies, and corporate systems. Suppliers upload material and transaction certificates before order confirmation, while brands can set required documents and block non-compliant orders; certificates and transaction proof are linked to purchase orders and synchronized with ERP and PLM systems. The module also provides real-time visibility into laboratory test requirements and results for raw materials and finished products, and includes integrated ZDHC chemical reporting through 4sCHEM+.
