RadicalxChange, with Civic Canopy, Healthy Democracy, and the Colorado Office of Climate Preparedness, developed and piloted its Community Exchange citizen-engagement methodology in Colorado. The project used a representative mini-public, online deliberation, Pol.is, plural voting, and elements of Quadratic Voting to gather nuanced input, identify consensus, and establish climate-preparedness priorities for state policymakers.
