Civic Hub is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) gateway that gives AI agents governed access to business tool integrations including CRMs, databases, messaging platforms, file storage, and analytics services. Agents connect via a single HTTP endpoint. The platform includes 14 built-in guardrails for blocking or redacting sensitive content in tool calls and responses, a complete audit log recording every tool call with parameters, responses, timestamps, and agent identity, secret management that stores OAuth tokens and API keys so agents never handle raw credentials, and instant access revocation at the tool, server, or entire toolkit level. Organizations manage configuration and monitor agent activity through Civic Chat, a control plane at app.civic.com with three built-in agents for configuration, audit queries, and revocation.
