Clients are assigned dedicated CIRO-registered Investment Representatives who assist with account management and market navigation. Trades are executed through an OTC desk using Smart Order Routing to aggregate global liquidity for large-volume orders, with same-day settlement available in CAD and USD. Clients can trade across multiple cryptocurrency pairs and fiat currencies without converting to fiat between trades. Client cash accounts are insured by CIPF up to $1 million CAD per account.
