Combinder

Combinder positions itself as the world's energy data infrastructure, addressing the issue of corporations monopolizing the profits from smart grid data. The platform enables users to connect their smart household devices, referred to as Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), to a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN). By doing so, users contribute valuable data and flexibility to the grid, creating a large virtual power plant. In return for their contribution, users earn rewards in the form of BIND points. The platform offers several use cases for monetizing these resources, such as selling grid flexibility to buyers, participating in peer-to-peer energy trading communities, using AI agents to automate and maximize profits, and creating and selling carbon certificates.
