Description
Compass-EVM is a Vyper smart contract application for controlling and executing arbitrary transactions on other smart contracts. It uses a validator-set multisig model aligned with Paloma validator staking power: validator-set updates and logic calls require signatures representing at least two-thirds of the current validator-set power. The contract stores validator-set checkpoints, rejects outdated or replayed submissions through valset and message IDs, and emits LogicCallEvent and ValsetUpdated events for Paloma-chain and relayer workflows.
