Create Hyperweb App is an open-source CLI that scaffolds Hyperweb decentralized applications through global installation, npx, npm init, or Yarn. It provides Hyperweb and Chain Admin templates, TypeScript smart-contract development through the Hyperweb Virtual Machine, localnet support, cross-chain tooling, wallet integration, UI components, and Starship-based CI/CD testing.
