ClearToken

ClearToken develops regulated post-trade infrastructure connecting traditional and digital asset markets. Through ClearToken Depository Limited, it operates CT Register for tokenisation and de-tokenisation, CT Pay for payment and payment-versus-payment settlement, and CT Settle for delivery-versus-payment net settlement across fiat currencies, stablecoins, and cryptoassets. Its services target regulated trading venues, exchanges, OTC and institutional platforms, brokers, market makers, prime brokers, asset managers, and institutional investors. The group is also developing CT Clear, a central counterparty clearing service subject to Bank of England authorisation, and a digital securities depository for tokenised securities.
