Users complete quizzes, missions, and social tasks to earn SURF points, which can be redeemed for in-app perks, collectible items, and Surfboard upgrades unlocking access to BAY, the ecosystem token. Leveling, item collection, and achievement tracking support continued engagement, while the hub familiarizes users with token mechanics before more advanced on-chain activities in the Web Portal.
