DeCard is a payment card with a stablecoin-funded credit limit for use at Visa-accepting merchants globally. Users deposit stablecoins through licensed Digital Payment Token service providers across multiple networks into the D-Vault account, which manages top-ups, payment tracking, and spending limit controls. Cards are managed through the DCS DeCard mobile app. The product includes two tiers: a standard card with no annual fee and a DePoints rewards program, and DeCard Luminaries, a premium metal card with tiered cashback up to 10% monthly, airport lounge access, travel insurance, and concierge services.
