Decentraland Foundation

The Decentraland Foundation, acting for the benefit of the Decentraland community, holds the intellectual property rights for and makes available a suite of tools for interacting with the Decentraland platform. These tools include the DCL Client, Desktop Client, SDK, Marketplace, Builder, Blog, Events, Agora, Forum, and others. Decentraland is a decentralized virtual world governed by a Decentraland Autonomous Organization (DAO), meaning ownership and governance are distributed among its community. The Foundation does not own or control Decentraland but facilitates interaction with it through the tools it provides.
