Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR) is a consensus-based reference rate infrastructure for digital assets. A participant economy of Operators, Panelists, Referencers, and Delegators provides and validates interest rate data through game theory incentives and slashing mechanisms. The inaugural rate, the Treehouse Ethereum Staking Rate (TESR), measures annualized Ethereum validator yields, with additional rates including the Treehouse Ethereum Lending Rate (TELR) and Borrowing Rate (TEBR) for derivatives pricing, hedging, and fixed income product construction.
