Diamond Standard Exchange is a service for registered diamond manufacturers and dealers to offer graded and ungraded natural diamonds to Diamond Standard. Vendors submit confidential lists and receive automated purchase orders or cash bids through an audited price-discovery process; accepted diamonds are delivered to local IGI labs for confirmation or grading, with COD settlement. It does not purchase diamonds from consumers.
