DSV Fund is a regulated managed fund providing exposure to the Bittensor decentralized AI ecosystem. The fund allocates pooled capital across TAO staking for base yield, off-market OTC acquisitions of subnet alpha tokens at early-stage valuations, and active subnet position rotation driven by validator metrics and Expected Value analysis. Custody is maintained through multi-signature controls, with monthly NAV reporting and oversight under the Bahamas Investment Fund Act 2019.
