EuPay is a USDT merchant payment gateway built on the OTC-EU platform, enabling online payment collection via a REST API and a Telegram bot. Merchants create payment orders that return both a web-based payment URL and a Telegram bot payment link, with webhook notifications delivered upon successful payment. The system supports zero-fee account-to-account USDT transfers between EuPay accounts, transaction history queries, and order status polling through a POST API endpoint authenticated via merchant key and MD5 signature.
