The Euro Fnality Payment System is a jurisdiction-specific wholesale payment system forming part of Fnality’s global network of interoperable, locally regulated payment systems. Fnality describes it as being developed in Germany for regulated financial institutions, with settlement in central bank reserves, programmable workflows supporting institutional use cases such as delivery-versus-payment and payment-versus-payment, and interoperability across currencies and financial-market infrastructures. The German Fnality Europe GmbH entity supports its development.
