Eventmanagement is an online, responsive CMS-based software module from VariusSystems that lets event organizers manage events from any device (smartphone, tablet, PC) without installing additional apps. It covers the full event lifecycle: building an individual event website with a registration/landing page, collecting and managing guest and contact data (including import from Excel/Outlook), sending Save-the-Date, invitation, reminder, and thank-you emails, with optional print mailings and NFC tickets fulfilled via sister company Variuscard, and processing online payments with PDF invoicing. On-site, it enables fast check-in and accreditation with optional instant badge printing, code-based access control to restricted areas, and interactive features such as competitions, drink vouchers, games, and charity auctions, with VIP interactions relayed to organizers via SMS, email, or push notification. After the event, organizers can review attendance and interaction statistics and send follow-up thank-you communications.
