It invests in Bitcoin-backed loans, typically secured by 200%+ BTC collateral, with automated liquidation and default-protection mechanisms. The fund is limited to qualified investors making a minimum initial investment of €125,000 or equivalent in EUR, USD, or CZK; capital is at risk and target returns are not guaranteed.
