Gávea Macro Plus II FIF CIC Multimercado RL is an indefinite-duration, open-ended multimarket investment fund for qualified investors. Managed by Gávea Investimentos Ltda. and administered by BEM DTVM Ltda., it seeks appreciation by investing at least 95% of its net assets in Gávea Macro Plus Master FIM. Its aggressive portfolio may use directional long and short positions, arbitrage, and relative-value trades across foreign exchange, fixed income, equities, and commodities in Brazil and abroad, with no derivative-leverage limit other than the manager’s risk controls.
