GOAT Stadium is building the first platform dedicated to buying and selling fractionalized, regulated financial assets tied to sports clubs, enabling fans to invest securely and transparently in their favorite teams through blockchain technology, AMF-regulated securities, and accessible investment tools. The venture was co-founded by Soufyane Mokhtari (CEO), Jean-François Mena (COO), and Gérard Héquet (CSO), combining expertise in entrepreneurship, operations, and finance. Functori acted as technical co-founder, providing CTO-as-a-Service and leading the platform's design, development, and architecture, while also supporting regulatory strategy and helping structure the project's blockchain infrastructure and compliance.
