GoQuant builds the infrastructure behind modern institutional digital asset markets, covering the full trade lifecycle from market data to execution, risk management, operations, settlement, and credit. Its core products include GoTrade (execution & order management with smart order routing across 40+ venues), GoMarket (normalized real-time and historical market data), GoRisk (risk and margin engine with real-time exposure monitoring), GoOps (portfolio reconciliation, reporting, and P&L attribution), GoSettle (multi-custodian settlement infrastructure), GoDesk (OTC block trading services), GoCredit (institutional credit and lending infrastructure), and GoDark (a decentralized, MEV-protected dark pool for on-chain private execution, built in partnership with Copper and GSR). Founded by Denis Dariotis in September 2022, GoQuant relocated from Montreal to Miami and evolved from a low-latency market data provider into a full institutional trading infrastructure stack, raising a $4M seed round in 2025 led by GSR with participation from TYR Capital. GoQuant's clients are institutional participants in digital asset markets, including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, venture funds, market makers, liquidity providers, trading venues, OTC desks, and credit providers, and the company positions itself as a technology and infrastructure provider only, not a broker-dealer, bank, or custodian.
