Grove Allocator is a vault-based capital-allocation system for institutional partners, including the Sky Ecosystem. Funds remain in onchain custody while a relayer, controllers, ALMProxy custody contracts, and RateLimits contracts separate execution, business logic, and risk controls. It supports routing capital across multiple chains and DeFi or institutional credit strategies with role-based permissions, exposure controls, and rate limits.
