Description
HAM: The Game is a chaotic co-operative factory management game in which players take on the role of either manager or staff, starting as a small factory operation that spirals into beautiful chaos as demand skyrockets. Teams must coordinate to load HAM onto containers, operate conveyor belts, and repair broken equipment before time runs out, while navigating an ever-changing factory floor with breaking conveyor belts, overflowing hoppers, and impatient delivery vans. Each day increases the pressure with more orders, tighter deadlines, and new equipment, and at the end of each shift players vote on whether to keep or replace their manager. The game features physics-based HAM that explodes into slippery messes, proximity voice chat, endless escalating gameplay, varied factory layouts, detailed profit/loss breakdowns, and a manager's office with control systems, serving co-op gaming groups and party-game audiences. It was developed by Little Bird Studios and published by Cathedral Studios, released on Steam on March 3, 2026 for $7.99.
