Interplay by Nada Debs reimagines backgammon as an intersection of traditional craft and generative design. Each board is handcrafted in Lebanon with marquetry by master artisan Nabil Haswani, while creative coder Anna Lucia developed an algorithm that translates marquetry assembly into evolving digital patterns. Users can generate unique digital board variations shaped by the algorithm's rules.
