The Interpretation Layer is a distinct toolset within The Stack Report data platform. It enables community members and the Stack Report team to add and share contextual notes on charts and datasets. Access is managed through blockchain-based Access Cards held in Tezos accounts and acquired through objkt.com; Chart Notes are stored in The Stack Report’s database rather than on-chain.
