Cards are registered, personalized, and activated at sales counters and can then be read contactlessly via QR/barcode scanning or NFC 'tapping' at any authorized point of sale or entry area, with every scan timestamped and logged for live statistics and historical reporting. The platform supports differentiated user rights for administrators (full access), staff (limited, role-based views such as cashier or entry staff), and customers (self-service profile access to view membership status, remaining entries, points, and renewal options). Additional features include card blocking and reissuing, promotional and loyalty interactions (percentage discounts, point collection, free entries, scavenger hunts/quizzes, feedback tools, partner discounts), automated renewal reminders, integration with automatic doors/turnstiles, and automated email campaigns.
