Know Your Agent (KYA) is a system that assigns verifiable decentralized identifiers to AI agents and records public on-chain attestations about their ownership, capabilities, and reputation. Each agent generates a decentralized identifier through the Agent JS SDK; a human links their Billions zero-knowledge credential to the agent using a cryptographic challenge without exposing personal data. Attestations covering ownership claims, third-party audit results, and reputation signals are stored in a public registry on Billions Chain.
