Landano Community: Residents enables residents to find plots using land records from local jurisdictions and, through its Manage Plot application system, request ownership transfers, rights-holder changes, plot mergers or subdivisions, and land-use updates. A local land administrator and applicable shared-rights holders review applications; approved changes are permanently recorded as legal proof of land rights. Plot information is publicly accessible to help reduce boundary disputes and conflicting claims.
