At deed signing or a promissory sale contract, the buyer transfers virtual assets to a designated wallet; Luso Homes converts them to fiat currency and deposits the proceeds into the seller’s account. It also provides legal-process support and buyer compliance checks, including anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, and source-of-funds verification.
