It aims to bring clean electricity to underserved communities, particularly in Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa, by incentivizing individuals and institutions to become electricity providers through rooftop solar power purchase agreements (PPAs). The protocol uses xDAI stablecoins for pre-payment and rewards providers with protocol tokens, fostering a positive feedback loop that promotes cleaner energy access and community ownership of energy infrastructure.
