Maia is a yield aggregation and governance module within the MaiaDAO ecosystem. Users stake MAIA tokens to receive vMAIA, which grants a proportional share of MaiaDAO's accumulated bHERMES gauge voting power over Hermes emission pools. vMAIA holders direct this voting power to specific gauges and passively earn bribes from those allocations without manually resubmitting weekly votes. Maia Boosted Strategies offer amplified HERMES rewards to liquidity providers by pooling the DAO's aggregate gauge-boost balance, with a fee portion retained by the protocol to increase the bHERMES ratio backing each vMAIA over time.
