It analyzes relay payload-delivery statistics sourced from relayscan.io to calculate the share of block flow passing through relays classified as censoring or neutral, and presents relay and builder leaderboards, historical censorship trends, and live slot data. The project also publishes its measurement methodology and snapshot status, serving validators, stakers, builders, and the broader Ethereum community.
