Description
VariusSystems' Mitarbeiterverwaltung und Zeiterfassung module offers a contactless NFC card solution allowing employees to clock in and out without touching a reader, usable on construction sites, trade fairs, seminars or other events via smartphone. Administrators can store employee master data, configure settings and permissions, and get an overview of sick leave, vacations, working hours, breaks and costs (hourly rates, project-based billing, surcharges for night/weekend work). The module supports document storage (payslips, sick notes), digital vacation requests and approvals, automatic break rules, and homeoffice clock-in/out via NFC card. It can optionally be combined with VariusSystems' Zutrittssystem (access control) and Schulungssystem (training/certificate management) modules so the same employee card serves multiple purposes. All servers are located in Vienna, Austria, ensuring data stays within the country. It is one of several distinct product modules offered by VariusSystems alongside Eventmanagement, Jahreskartenverwaltung, Zutrittssystem, Schulungssystem, and others.
