MutoDAO is an open-source project for decentralized collaboration, governance, and voting through self-enforcing digital rules. It supports community proposals and on-chain actions automatically executed by smart contracts after approval, alongside crowdfunding, community-managed meetups and bounties, multisignature fund storage, community financial management, and KYC-based community verification.
