Notabene Flow is a stablecoin payment infrastructure network for wallets, issuers, fintechs, and payment service providers. It enables pull payments (merchant-initiated payment requests and invoices), push payments (sender-initiated disbursements and payouts), and recurring billing cycles for B2B commerce. Built on the Transaction Authorization Protocol (TAP), it coordinates identity verification, Travel Rule compliance, and settlement authorization across payment agents before transactions settle on-chain. Participants integrate as Payment Initiating Agents, Payment Responding Agents, or Infrastructure Providers through RESTful APIs. The network operates as a coordination and authorization layer and does not hold funds or act as a custodian.
