Open Campus ID is Open Campus’ blockchain protocol for issuing decentralized identifiers (DIDs) as Soulbound Tokens (SBTs), non-transferable NFTs representing learners’ online personas. It enables learners to manage and selectively share learning-profile information, academic certifications, skills, achievements, and credentials. The project also includes Campus Rewards, allowing EDU holders to deposit EDU tokens, earn OC Points, and access raffles, token prizes, educational-product deals, and other opportunities; it provides learner identity, credentialing, incentives, and distribution benefits for learners and institutions.
