OutLayer is a verifiable off-chain computation service for the NEAR Protocol, executing WASM code inside Intel TDX Trusted Execution Environments. Every execution produces a cryptographic attestation confirming code, input, and output integrity. Smart contracts integrate through NEAR's yield/resume mechanism for blockchain-native flows, while web applications call directly via HTTPS API with payment in NEAR tokens or USDC. Use cases include AI inference, verifiable randomness, and external API wrapping with built-in developer monetization.
