Plural Voting in the Colorado State Legislature was a RadicalxChange-supported series of pilots in Denver, Colorado, from 2019 to 2023. Colorado legislative caucuses used Plural Voting to rank competing appropriation requests, and the practice later extended to Senate caucuses and executive-branch working groups. RadicalxChange provided process design, facilitation, onboarding, and software for ballot creation, unique-link administration, and result export. The advisory polls produced clearer priority signals, though anonymous caucus polling later faced a Colorado open-meetings-law ruling.
