Description
POTLOCK is an open-source grants protocol on NEAR Protocol supporting direct donations, campaign creation, and quadratic funding rounds with configurable matching pools. Multi-chain contributions from EVM chains, Bitcoin forks, and Layer 1 networks are routed via NEAR Intents. Smart contracts under the potlock.near namespace enable operators to deploy funding rounds, manage project registries, and distribute matched funds.
