Originally conceived in August 2020 for meta-governance, PowerPool has evolved into a decentralized protocol focused on Web3 automation. Its primary product is PowerAgent, a dePIN network of Keeper bots that provides reliable, cost-effective, and guaranteed transaction automation for AI Agents, DeFi applications, and individual users across multiple EVM-compatible chains like Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Polygon. The network executes transactions based on on-chain and off-chain data and computations, offering 'Transaction Execution as a Service'. Governed by the PowerPool DAO through Snapshot voting, the project expanded its focus in 2024 to include AI agents as decision-makers. The DAO also manages an Ecosystem Fund, offering grants to developers who build on or integrate with the PowerAgent network.
