Description

Privacy Layer is a Payy stack implementation layer and private-state engine for ERC-20 privacy pools. It represents spendable value as private notes, records commitments, nullifiers, and sparse Merkle roots rather than public balances, and lets spenders prove ownership and value conservation without revealing note contents. It also provides the privacy-pool boundary for bridge mint and burn paths.
