Project Rubicon is a liquid staking and cross-chain bridging protocol connecting the Bittensor network to the Base ecosystem via Chainlink CCIP. Users bridge $TAO and subnet alpha tokens between Bittensor and Base, with the protocol issuing liquid staking assets that maintain liquidity for staked positions. It is the canonical bridge between the Bittensor network and the Base Layer 2 ecosystem.
