PropyKeys is a decentralized application for minting physical property addresses as non-fungible tokens on the Base blockchain. Users can mint, stake, and transfer digital address tokens, with the actual property owner able to acquire the corresponding token to create an onchain title record. The platform uses three token tiers: a home address token (Tier 1), an ownership certificate (Tier 2), and a real-world asset NFT that can be used in property transactions or as collateral in supported lending protocols (Tier 3). Minting requires PRO tokens.
