Raisable is a Stobox product for structuring and running regulated fundraising offerings. It generates and helps finalize offering materials, including PPMs, subscription agreements, Form D filings, investor questionnaires, risk factors, and data rooms, from a Stobox Intelligence record. It supports exemption-specific raise windows such as Reg D, Reg CF, Reg A+, and Reg S, enables self-directed or broker-routed offerings where permitted, and connects issuers with vetted broker-dealers and securities counsel; Raisable itself is not a law firm or broker-dealer.
