Reserve is a centralized Bitcoin-backed lending platform that facilitates USD and GBP loan disbursement against BTC collateral held in segregated custody. The platform maintains a defined LTV ratio with automated margin call monitoring and graduated liquidation thresholds. Lenders provide capital, earn annual yield, and retain the option to receive BTC settlement on liquidation events. Collateral custody is handled via multi-signature providers with no rehypothecation of client assets.
